Zapatillas incompletas

Las zapatillas han llegado a España sin caja, envoltorio ni nada, solo con un film plastico sin proteger . Muy mal envío y protección, decepcionante.

Hola, lamentamos que se haya producido esta situación. Actualmente, todos los productos adquiridos a través de la web oficial cuentan con el embalaje completo, siendo muy probable que el embalaje se haya perdido o dañado durante la inspección aduanera.
De todos modos nos disculpamos por lo sucedido.

Disappointed

I purchased my first pair of these shoes off Amazon and loved them so much I wanted another pair. I ordered 2 more straight from the vendor only to have the sole material breakdown 2 weeks into wearing them. They creak when walking and I can feel a difference in the shoe support. I did try contacting them, but never received a reply .
