I’ve used these racing shoes for two demanding efforts: a threshold session (5 × 6 minutes) and a 3K race. On both occasions, they delivered excellent energy return and a noticeable sense of forward propulsion. The cushioning is firm yet comfortable, keeping the feet stable—particularly when cornering. Even toward the end of each session, they helped counter fatigue and maintain efficient running form as the pace increased. Overall, an excellent purchase.

I love everything about this shoe BUT the squekiness! My feet love these shoes eventhough everyone hears me coming down the hall. Its worth the trade off for me though
