This is a real hidden gem, it’s a really quick bouncy running shoe, this is a top end race shoe to compete with any of the main brands. The land aircraft provides a good propulsion in a lightweight shoe. I took 2 mins of my 5k pb at the age of 51. It’s a nice feeling shoe, I think it would work for any distance. Only dropped a star for sizing, I am a size 46, but a size 45 was right the size in these for me. I’ve had other onemix trainers that a 45 was too small. Overall a quick trainer at a great price.

Gorgeous sneakers, excellent elasticity, bounce, stability, there is support in the middle part of the foot, if you run faster than 5 min/km - take it, you won't regret it
